Woman killed in Peel Region crash involving car, truck

Peel Regional Police say a woman has died after a collision involving a truck and a four-door car on Tomken Road near the Highway 407 overpass on Monday afternoon.

 

Const. Fiona Thivierge told CBC News that police were called to the scene at approximately 4:15 p.m.

 

The woman driving the car was pronounced dead at the scene. Police did not immediately provide information about the driver's age or where she was from.

Bear Lake- Police continue to investigate the accident that claimed the life of a Prince George man last night.
